• All projects are managed by our "KWT Weld Qualitiy Plan".  This plan encompasses materials, procedure qualifications, personnel qualificaitons, quality controls and delivery.

DRAWING AND WELDING SYMBOL INTERPRETATION

• Each customer drawing is evaluated by our Welding Engineer and Certified Welding Inspector to ensure accurate communication of project parameters.

WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS (WPS)

• Our WPS Library is populated with procdures for Structural and Pressure Vessel Welding using SMAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, FCAW, and GTAW processes.  We also specialize in Brazing and Soldering applications.

WELDING WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

• Each code compliant weld is controlled by a proprietary Welding Working Instruction Process to ensure WPS and Quality parameters are held during the welding of your products.

DEFINING STAFF QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• We offer both code compliant and non-code compliant welding services.  Quality is never under estimated and we specify in our contracts the level of personnel qualification requirements and responsibilities to provide service at the best possible costs. 

DEFINING WELD QUALITY INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

• All projects follow an inspection call-out defined by your request and the welding standards.  All weld quality inspections are developed by our Certified Welding Inspector.
